Hi, and welcome to the Hazey Daze Wax Melts Blog! I’m Hazell, the creator behind the scenes!

As we go through this blog journey I’ll be discussing some important topics such as: are wax melts safe for pets? What is clp and why is it important? What burners are best? as well as exploring the Hazey Daze scent range and exciting behind the scenes updates.

But first, let me introduce myself and Hazey Daze and then I can get writing about real topics…

Im 40 years old, a full time teaching assistant for reception age children, a wife and a mother of 2 teenagers. I run this business from my home and yes, it can get rather crazy sometimes and my house smells, well, interesting to say the least!

What began in 2018 as a hobby has blossomed into a thriving community of wax melt enthusiasts, and I couldn’t be prouder.

My Passion for Scent

At Hazey Daze, I believe that beautiful, strong-smelling wax melts can enhance any home. My range of scents is vast, offering everything from luxurious perfume fragrances to fresh laundry aromas, fruity delights, and sweet treats. There’s truly something for everyone.

A Personal Touch

One of the highlights of my journey has been the creation of the Hazey Daze Facebook group. This space allows us to connect personally with each customer, fostering a warm and supportive community. It’s been invaluable in helping me refine my waxy offerings and ensure I consistently deliver high-quality handmade home fragrance products.

Quality and Affordability

Ive always been committed to using the best materials available while maintaining affordable prices. Wax melts are a luxury, but I believe they shouldn’t cost a fortune. My house blend of soy and paraffin ensures the best possible scent throw and longevity, providing real value for your money.

Supporting the Environment

Caring for the environment is a core value at Hazey Daze and I try to be as environmentally conscious as I can. I use 100% biodegradable packaging and glitter for our wax melts. The clear bags are made from plant-based PLA derived from vegetables and are compostable and biodegradable, breaking down to CO2, H2O, and biomass. The glitter we use has a special cellulose core derived from sustainably sourced hardwoods, primarily eucalyptus, from responsibly managed plantations.
